| Can some one please explain how they handle the certagy easy pay through Biscount? How do you handle the commission paid to Certagy and the rebate from Cox? Many thanks. Mark |

Hi Mark,
Maybe you could provide some details how the system works between the certagy commission and cox rebates and you may get a better response.
Not everybody knows of certagy easy pay.

Hi
I am not sure if this is right but this is what i do:
I have created some "part numbers" using the prefix of non-diminishing
such as XXFcertegy, where F is my non stock item department, and XXFfinance.
When i create the customers invoice i will put :-
COTCR8001 x 1 for $3490 (for example)
XXFfinance x -1 for $2000
XXFadmin x 1 for $38.50 invoice total for customer being $1528.5 (the deposit on the rideon and the admin fee)
this way the rideon is being sold for the correct amount
i then create an invoice to Certegy as follows:-
XXFfinance x 1 $2000
XXFcertegy x -2 $50 ( interest or commission i count it as two because you then charge cox for half of it)
XXFadmin x -1 $38.5
invoice total being $1861.50 this is the amount that certegy would forward to you.
the cox is charged
XXFcertegy x 1 $50
Does that make sense?? ! |
