Promotional analysis (Part of Marketing)

Promotional analysis gives sales and the number of customers you get from different types of advertising methods and promotions. Ever wondered which advertising actually worked? When selling, Biscount records the reasons why customers buy from you. It records the actual and average amount spent for each reason. There are 16 pre-set reasons and eight user defined reasons.

Promotion analysis shows which Type of promotion is producing the store traffic and profits (your own mail outs, radio, television, etc).

Promotion analysis can also be used to find where your customers are from.

Customer Equipment list. Another part of Market research builds a direct mail list of customers promotions from the customer equipment list. You can search by products and period to create a file for merging into your favourite word processor.

Password protection - Prevent staff pilfering by protecting your stock levels with your own passwords. Only those with the correct password can adjust the amount in stock. Set a Password to enable sales on account to customers who have a C.O.D. status. Authorized staff can sell on account to customers with a C.O.D. status. Trade-ins auto-input - Trade-ins are automatically added to the stock file with their own ID number.
