What is a CRC Error?

A Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) is an error-checking mechanism, that checks whether the information in a file is correct.

The installer checks the original CRC stamped into the file and compares this to the CRC calculated from the copy.
The CRC check fails if the original CRC value is different from the CRC calculated on the copy.

If you get a CRC error, then the file you are using has an error and you should either re-download it or obtain a new copy.

Why does it only install on drive C?

How do I stop Dymo Ad?

It is easy you just go to Biscount shop and Buy a Dymo Printer and then ring Biscount to activate the code.

This is one of the most popular additions we have made to Biscount,  we also have labels to suit at about 1/2 the standard retail price!

Error: "Couldn't Find Installable ISAM"

Symptoms
When you are installing an Excel Pricefile, you see an error message "Couldn't Find Installable ISAM". This problem can also happen when you use Microsoft Excel to read your databases through ODBC/DAO datasources.

Cause
Biscount uses the DAO & ODBC to read the database Pricefile. On your PC, the ISAM DLL's that are necessary for reading the databases are either missing, old or are corrupted.

Resolution
Download and install the latest Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC). Click here to download MDAC from the Microsoft website
